The Congregation Action Network relies on individual and congregational donations to fund its work. Your generous donations help the Network expand its ability to act in solidarity with an increasing number of impacted individuals in Washington, DC, and its Maryland and Virginia suburbs.

This past year the Network has been able to accompany hundreds of individuals in their interactions with ICE, including supporting Rosa Gutierrez Lopez who has been in sanctuary at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Church - a member congregation - since December 2018. We have also had success in pressing local elected leaders in all of our jurisdictions to resist cooperating with ICE and to denounce building new immigrant detention centers in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.

Because the Congregation Action Network is a program of Faith in Action, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all contributions to the Network are tax deductible.
