About the Event
After the July 7th hearing at the federal court in Greenbelt, Judge Xinis delayed ruling on whether to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Maryland as the Trump regime and attornerys refused to clarify deportation plans.
Please join allies and CASA at the U.S. District Court for another hearing in Kilmar's case where DHS officials will be mandated to take the stand. Kilmar is currently detained in Tennessee and Judge Xinis of the Maryland US District Court will be hearing arguments to bring Kilmar to Maryland.
